Mrs. Abosede Nimota Osibodu was born on 31th August, 1970 into the family of Mr. Lateef Ariyo and Mrs. Silifa Ariyo (Nee Ojikutu) both from Lagos – Island in Lagos –State.
She obtained her first school leaving certificate (FSLC) from Hamadiya Primary School Elegbata Lagos –Island from 1977 to 1983. She proceeded to king Ado High Schoo,l also in Lagos –Island where she obtained her Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) IN 1991. She obtained her Bachelor of Science (BSC) in Insurance from the Faculty of Business Administration, University of Lagos (UNILAG) 1991-1997.
For her Professional Examination in Accounting, she attended Association of National Accountant of Nigeria (ANAN), Jos in 2016.
In 2001, Mrs Abosede Nimota Osibodu, was employed into the Civil Service as an Inspector of Taxes II and deployed to shogunle Tax Office.
Thereafter was redesignated as an auditor in 2007, further deployed to the following MDAS.
