Lagos State Head of Service, Mr. Bode Agoro, today attended the Silver Award Presentation Ceremony to 200 Young Lagosians organized by the International Award for Young People in Nigeria (The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award) in Conjunction with the Lagos State Government,held at the Lagos House, Ikeja, on Thursday, 29th August, 2024.

The Silver Award Presentation Ceremony, graciously hosted by the Governor of Lagos State, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu is more than just a recognition event; it is a celebration of the infinite impact that the Award has had on the lives of young people over the past decade and the exceptional achievements of young Lagosians. The ceremony not only ushers these young achievers into the esteemed Global Alumni network of the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award, but also aligns with the State commitment to youth empowerment and development as part of the current administration’s T.H.E.M.E.S plus agenda.
